• How long does it take to process and ship my order?

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If there are any delays, we will reach out to let you know. Orders are shipped safely in bubble wrap bags (boxes only for bulk orders).

  • Can I pick up my order locally?

    Yes! Local pick up is available, but you will need to schedule a time with us to make sure your order is ready when you arrive.

  • What kind of photos should I upload?

    For the best results, please upload high-resolution photos in JPEG or PNG format. Clear, sharp images make the most vibrant and detailed magnets. We are not responsible for low-quality images (blurry, dark, or pixelated).

  • How do I book an event?

    We love bringing instant joy to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, church or school events, markets, and more!

    Please book us through our contact form at least two weeks in advance. There is a minimum order of 100 magnets per event. We’ll work with you to create a custom package that fits your event and budget.

  • What sizes do your frames hold?

    Our magnetic frames are designed to hold 2 x 2 custom photo magnets. Frames come in a variety of sizes so you can display multiple magnets together beautifully.

  • What is your return and refund policy?

    All magnets are custom-made, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily remake the affected item(s).

    On rare occasions, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
