Local Pick Up
If you live in the Treasure Valley, local pick up is available. Just let us know when placing your order.

Shipping
Orders are shipped in bubble wrap bags to keep your magnets safe. Boxes are used only for bulk orders.

At Joyfully Magnetic, each magnet is custom-made with your photos and created just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

However, we want you to love your magnets! If your order arrives, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photo of the issue. We will happily remake the affected item(s). 

Please note:

• We are not responsible for low-quality images provided by customers (blurry, dark, or pixelated photos). 
• On rare occasions, refunds will only be issued back to the original form of payment. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
